I would like to take a moment to introduce myself Dipesh Ojha, being a seasoned Human Resources Consultant with over two decades of experience in the Human Resources industry, my proven track record of assisting organizations in optimizing their human capital through strategic HR practices and recruitment, talent management. My expertise lies in enhancing workplace culture, improving employee engagement, and driving organizational success through effective human resource strategies.

In addition to my extensive experience in HR, I am a dedicated educator with a focus on substance abuse prevention, serving as an educator with the Foundation for a Drug-Free World, where I’ play a vital role in raising awareness and providing essential education on the effects of drugs and alcohol abuse. Through informative programs and workshops, I empower individuals, particularly youth, to make informed choices and live a drug-free life.

My unique combination of skills in human resources and substance abuse education allows me to approach employee well-being holistically. I understand the significant impact that substance use can have on workplace productivity and morale and am committed to fostering a healthy, drug-free environment in organizations.
